Provides Subject Matter Expert consulting services for federal recovery
program closeout and assisting in the grant administration of a portfolio of over 700 federal grants over $10 billion in recovery funds. TMG is responsible for the closeout of large complicated federal recovery grants over numerous city agencies. Includes identifying, coordinating and contracting with partner firms on an as-needed basis

Program Closeouts:

Analyze Project Worksheet (PW)
Verify supporting documentation in the original PW
Reconcile actual expenditures to projected expenditures as presented in the PW
Reconcile the scope of the expenditures to the scope of the PW
Confirm hazard mitigation efforts
Archive in compliance with FEMA regulations
Prepare and submit final closeout reports
Support DHSES (Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services) and FEMA requests for information
Administer and track the progress of all closeouts
