Document Management
Our Team has extensive experience implementing Document Management System (DMS) solutions. TMG CONSULTING subject matter experts have designed, configured, implemented, utilized, and administered a DMS that is in use at the New York City Office of Management and Budget to support
three open disasters, Superstorm Sandy, Tropical Storm Isaias, Hurricane Ida for FEMA Public Assistant, Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration, and Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grants.
The DMS is widely used in New York City by over 100 users across multiple city agencies and the State of New York. The DMS is a central repository used to retain documents for close to 1,000 grants. Our Team has also implemented a DMS for Kent County, Delaware to support America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding grants as well as provided DMS solutions for other clients, including Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, New Jersey, and the New York Hall of Science in New York City.
The TMG Team, will develop requirements for the document organization framework to support the Client’s disaster related documentation, including documentation for grants/project formulation, procurement and contracts, reimbursements including invoices and proofs of payment, policy and
guidance, and closeout. This framework will include the categorization of documents into business/functional folders, defining document types, identifying metadata fields used for tagging and subsequent documents.
